Job Description
We have urgent requirement of three architects; two JUNIOR ARCHITECTS and DESIGNERS for MALL projects.
• We are looking for candidates who are creative, smart, experienced, able to think independently and most importantly, think out of the box.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Candidates having worked on shopping malls / retail projects preferred.
• Candidates should be proficient in both Architecture as well as Interiors
Responsibilities
We are looking for somebody who can multitask with a smile, process oriented and firm on deliverables.
Candidates must be able to take full responsibility of projects as well as lead a team under them.
They must be accurate in their work with an eye for detail.
Must be smart, presentable, with an ability to freely communicate in English both spoken and written.
Qualifications
• Architects / Interiors Designers
• Should be proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, BoQs, working drawings, resolve site queries and have great visualization ability.
• Knowledge of graphic design is an added advantage.
• Experience of Malls/Retail is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
