Job Description
Act as Facility Agent for syndicated loans and bilateral loans, liaising with borrowers and lenders regarding operational matters
Analyse available undrawn commitment balance to ensure utilisation is in line with facility agreement terms
Archive all fully repaid syndicated customer folders and dispose of repaid folders after retention period
Arrange and reply to audit enquiries from auditors in relation to credit facilities granted to customers
Assist and support departmental colleagues when required
Assist supervisor to prepare business requests
Calculate, process and reconcile commitment, utilisation fee and charges and liaise with agents/customers of missing payments
Communicate with Global Financial Markets (GFM) on funds requirements and advise clearing section of funds movements in timely manner
Participate in system updates and testing
Produce ad-hoc reports for business finance units
Review and analyse legal and loan documents and approvals for new and existing agency, syndication and bilateral facilities
Organise files and perform admin duties such as scan approvals, daily transactions and all related loan documents
Update and manage customer loan records
Requirements
Degree educated in Business, Finance, Accounting or other equivalent
Experience within the Financial Services industry and proven track record in similar business stream
Good knowledge of syndication loan and bilateral products and processes
Good MS Excel skills
