We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Associate - Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing a variety of video content, including long-form, short-form, and social media videos, with a focus on creating engaging and visually compelling content. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Long-Form Video Editing: Edit full-length videos such as interviews, webinars, or promotional content, ensuring a smooth narrative flow, proper pacing, and engaging visuals.
• Short-Form Video Editing: Create concise, impactful video edits for specific marketing needs, such as commercials, ads, and product demos.
• Social Media Video Creation: Edit and tailor content specifically for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes video formatting, aspect ratios, and keeping up with platform trends.
• Reels and Short Clips: Produce highly engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, keeping up with trends and utilizing creative transitions, text overlays, and effects.
• Motion Graphics & Animations: Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance videos and convey key messages effectively.
• Audio Editing: Balance, mix, and enhance audio quality to ensure a polished final product, including background music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a marketing or production agency.
• Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience in creating videos for social media platforms with knowledge of formatting and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and audio editing is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of storytelling.
