Job Description
As a part of the 1st line of defense, BCM team partners closely with business areas. He or She would be responsible for providing support for the end-to-end BCM life cycle activities i.e., Planning and Preparation; Risk Identification and Mitigation; Testing and Training; and Incident and Crisis Management. A significant part of the job will also be to address the BCM related queries raised by the business teams.
Act as BCM subject matter-expert (SME) in understanding risks, identifying gaps, providing mitigation solutions, and developing testing scenarios and plans to implement the program
Respond to the questions and queries raised by the business, in a timely manner
Project manage and lead DR tests for the assigned locations and/or test types
Produce timely and accurate reports and analysis for both internal and external audiences
Define and develop test schedules, test requirements and deliverables, scope, engagement, and reporting model for the execution of DR tests across Asia
Seek to ensure comprehensive issue management process is in place, including identification, reporting and “read-across” of identified themes
Ensure issues are clearly communicated, documented, and appropriated tracked
Maintain high level of data quality, documentation, and reporting
Provide input and own assigned deliverables which continually enhance and adapt the program in line with risk landscape, business changes and best-practices
Develop, conduct and co-ordinate highly participative BCM training and awareness programs; continually enhance engagement across IT and business areas
Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of assigned activities
