Job Description
This role supports the delivery of high-quality design assets for new product development and rebranding projects across our extensive product range in the children's consumer goods sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality design assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) that meet project specifications and brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced environment to support ongoing design projects and meet deadlines.
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh concepts and contribute to creative direction.
• Retouch and visualize designs to ensure polished, visually appealing outputs across various formats.
• Set up packaging artwork with precise technical specifications for print production.
• Apply fundamental understanding of repro and print processes to ensure production-ready designs that align with printing standards.
• Maintain effective team communication and organization to ensure smooth project workflow and timely delivery.
• Follow design briefs to produce creative outputs that align with client expectations and project goals.
• Collaborate with senior designers and team members to refine designs and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Skills and Experience
Essential Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Ability to work and produce material independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualities
• Experience in children's product design and development.
• Understanding of sustainable packaging practices and ability to support sustainability initiatives within marketing strategies.
• Interest in children's product trends: Enthusiasm for keeping up with latest industry developments and their influence on design, from innovative materials to new engagement methods.
• Ability to incorporate fun, imagination, and creativity into design work that appeals to children while maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.
