Asst Manager (Brand & Marketing) • Ensure brand operations are implemented with great quality and consistency. • Develop and execute marketing initiatives in assigned brand portfolio to achieve brand marketing objectives. • Creative designs management & development via stakeholders across allocated channels. • Ensuring creative visual and copy quality in communication with all stakeholders across allocated channels. • Leading brand consistency of creative abiding by Voylla’s brand guidelines across markets. • Ensure brand engagement across channels is increasing and properly monitored. • Ensure Sets brand content is aligned with the company strategy and supporting company growth. • Agency Management and coordination: Media, PR, Creative, BTL, Social/Digital agency • Development of annual media plans • Development, implementation and tracking of consumer and brand activations • Management and Control of the annual Marketing Budget • Definition and tracking of brand KPIs
