We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the IT industry for international sales.
Requirements:
• Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing appropriate IT solutions.
• Must have a basic understanding of software development, cloud computing, networking, and other relevant IT areas
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
• Must have experience in handling bidding portals like PPH, freelancer.com, Guru, UpWork and more
• Experience in Lead generation from social media and online platforms.
Qualifications:
• Must have 1 year of prior experience in international sales
• Good to have Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and devise effective strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
