• Maintaining the stock level for food items
• Maintaining & cleaning of Kitchen Equipment(s)
• Ensuring amazing food preparation with quality as per SOPs
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene in kitchen
• Responsible for maintaining food & wastage cost
• Managing food items & stock during rush period
• Timely delivery of food
• Ensure proper food presentation
• Taking customer feedback for food
• Coordination with other departments
Education
UG: Any Graduate, BHMCT in Hotel Management, BHM in Hotel Management, B.A in Hotel Management, Diploma in Hotel Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
