Job Description
Shift Time: 9am-5pm
Duties of the role:
Office admin experience.
File and organize documentation for easy retrieval.
Input customer credit applications into the system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit approvals and limits.
Support the team with scanning, printing, and distributing credit documents.
Shadow senior credit analysts to understand credit evaluation processes.
Participate in training sessions on credit policies and systems.
Learn to use credit management software and tools.
Input and maintain customer credit applications and account details.
Update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer information.
Provide general support to senior credit analysts and managers.
Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in credit evaluation.
Stay updated on company credit policies and industry best practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and grow within the credit and finance domain.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Sound understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Previous internship or experience in credit analysis, banking, or finance (even informal or part-time).
Familiarity with commercial lending, particularly in asset finance or dealer finance programs.
