Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching, writing, and editing content for HealthMug's website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials under the guidance of senior team members. Collaborate with the content team to generate content ideas and develop content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content. Learn to create content that reflects HealthMug's brand voice, tone, and values, while addressing the needs and interests of the target audience. Support in the creation of multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and interactive content, in collaboration with the marketing and design teams. Conduct research on health topics, trends, and products to contribute accurate and credible information to the content. Assist in optimizing content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices to improve organic visibility and drive traffic. Learn to monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Adapt and learn from feedback provided by senior team members to enhance writing skills and overall performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (candidates pursuing degrees will also be considered). Strong passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow in the content writing field. Good writing skills with attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to conduct basic research and organize information in a clear and concise manner. Basic understanding of SEO concepts and willingness to learn and implement SEO best practices. Creative thinking and eagerness to develop innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
