Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and motivated Content Writers to join our team on a contract basis for a minimum of one year. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior experience in content writing, showcasing the ability to thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality content that engages and informs.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts, long-form articles, and website copy tailored to our client's needs and target audiences.
Research: Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and informative, utilizing various sources and staying updated on industry trends.
SEO Optimization: Implement best practices in SEO to enhance the visibility of content, including keyword research, on-page SEO techniques, and meta descriptions.
Social Media Posts: Create engaging and shareable social media content that aligns with our client’s marketing strategies and brand voice.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring all written materials meet high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 0 to 1 year of professional experience in content writing or a related field.
Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and engaging content.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Experience in creating social media content for various platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new trends in digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of content marketing strategies and analytics tools.
Experience in writing for different industries or niches.
