Hiring Immediately Jr Copywriter to work with leading digital advertising agency. Grab the exciting opportunity to work on global brands and win awards.
The Copywriter is responsible for all copy produced for one or more brands, depending on the size. The person must be certain that all copy produced meets the standards set by the agency and the client, In addition, the person is hands-on, and does an appropriate proportion of writing as well.
Specifically, the Copywriter has the following responsibilities:
• Take on appropriate writing projects and own them, start to finish
• Know the product data and claims, and those of the competition, inside out
• Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
• Estimate copy hours
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding
• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the copy team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable.
• Lead the copy team in development of concepts and execution of all projects from conception to completion
• Demonstrate to clients that you understand and appreciate their products and their marketing challenges and are responsive to their strategic and creative needs
• Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required
• Understand and represent agency positioning, philosophy, and processes.
• Qualifications:
• 1-2 years agency experience
• A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing copywriters, availability to travel and the commitment to go the extra mile, in time and effort to produce the very best work
