Program Overview

Our internship programme is a crash course in writing to sell. You learn to write "Malaberg-style" copy, explore the techniques behind powerful, persuasive writing, and discover the secrets of history's greatest advertisers.

We’re now accepting applications for our next internship programme — taking place in December 2024 - giving you exclusive access to the following:
• The Copywriter's Canon - Must-read books and courses to help you craft compelling copy
• Industry Experts - Interactive sessions with our successful copy team
• Trial By Fire - Competitions, live campaigns, and real-world copy testing
• Copy Mastery - Learn to generate unique "big ideas," and tell untold stories

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our team to produce high-quality copy
• Use books and video learning to enhance your writing
• Participate in workshops and training sessions on copywriting techniques
• Implement high-level editing processes to elevate your work
• Present your copy to our team for feedback and improvement

Who We Are Looking For
• University students or recent graduates with a passion for writing
• Creative types, who want to master a craft
• Ambitious, keen learners who want to innovate and articulate "big ideas"
• Based in Oxford, or able to commute daily to our Oxford office.
