Overall KRAs:

Social Media

a. Inputs on how to build communities on social media that lead to organic traction.

b. Opinions on the latest trends on digital platforms and how the same can be leveraged for brands (This is different from “moment marketing”. You should be able to spot long term trends that can be leveraged for clients)

c. Deep understanding of each and every social media inventory present (For example, when to use Insta Stories v/s When to use Insta Feeds)

Paid Media

a. Inputs on what communication works best as various funnel stages

b. Understanding nuances of various ad inventories (example - What content increases CTR on FB ads, what increases CTR on Google Search copies)

Brand Building

a. Building a brand digitally from scratch and having a medium and long term vision for the brand

b. Coordinate with the team to define campaign objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.
