Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Copywriter who can work with the creative team, keeping the creative vision on track, be part of all the projects. Work towards development of all marketing collateral. Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
Required Skills
• Understanding of business objectives
• Ability to write creative, eye-catching, clutter-breaking and relevant copy/content
Required Experience
• 1-2 years of copywriting experience within a creative environment
• Ability to conceptualize new campaign copy in a variety of mediums
• Knowledgeable on what type of content performs well across the different channels
• Passionate about marketing, advertising, social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Someone who is curious and not afraid to try new methods
• Attention to detail and confidence in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Roles and Responsibility
• Writing and conceptualizing digital content, marketing messages, product/brand/internal campaigns, TVC/web-video/AV scripts, website and print material copy for various projects and ensure that the content is relevant to the clients’ current focus and business/marketing objectives
• Keep a keen pulse on everything the Web has to offer (including, you know, the latest celebrity Twitter meltdown) so that we can always be fresh & current for our clients
• Manage multiple brand guidelines, keeping content style and tone of voice consistent
• Collaborating with team members – designers, client servicing, and other equally talented eccentrics – to consistently deliver out-of-the-box, award-worthy work
• Keep up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising and related communications industries
• 1-2 years’ experience in copywriting for advertising, digital, and social
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, someone who can manage multiple jobs and projects
• Has outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills and a passion for the craft
• Create content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design
Must Haves
• Minimum Experience required is 1-2 years
• Advertising/Digital Marketing Agency experience is a must
