Job Description
As a Junior Designer at Craft Worldwide, you will:
• Develop creative design concepts based on briefs and client goals.
• Execute high-quality visuals across digital and print formats.
• Support the team in delivering innovative, brand-aligned work.
• Collaborate with project managers to track timelines and deliverables.
• Work independently and with senior creatives to take projects from idea to completion.
• Use AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI) to enhance creative output.
• Assist with design production, mechanicals, and internal reviews.
• Maintain high visual standards and attention to detail.
• Be flexible with work hours as needed.
What you’ll need:
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design, layout, and typography skills
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Figma or Adobe XD is a plus
• Familiarity with AI design tools (like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Midjourney)
• A good eye for design, color, and image composition
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A collaborative mindset, but also the ability to work independently
• Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and creative feedback
