• Maintain and update records, files, and databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Review data for discrepancies, errors, and ensure consistency
• Assist in compiling reports and generating documents from data

• Follow data entry protocols and procedures to ensure uniformity and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve data flow processes
• Assist in handling sensitive and confidential information securely
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in data management is a plus
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Experience
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with data management software and systems is an advantage
• Experience in handling large volumes of data is a plus
• Working Hours
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Flexible working hours, with the option to work remotely
