Job Title: Junior Data Entry Specialist (Night Shift)

You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various data sets while adhering to strict quality and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently input and maintain data into the company database.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in typing and data entry with exceptional accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of precision.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of data management principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in data entry or related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience: No prior experience required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Working Hours: Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible timings may apply)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address data discrepancies.
