Our Commodities Global Markets team ensures that data is accurately and appropriately maintained for compliance with global regulations and internal policies regarding completeness, quality, and timeliness. What role will you play?

As a key member of our team, you will engage with business/operational teams to develop engineering processes to solve complex business requirements. You will be tasked with a range of data intelligence activities such as analysing large datasets, creating visualisations/dashboards, deploying automations, and more. Additionally, your responsibilities will include the development of data engineering processes for business efficiency and reporting, working with teams to drive process change and automations. As well as applying problem solving and innovation to achieve business outcomes, performing data analysis on large datasets, and exploring opportunities to provide positive business outcomes across the Commodities and Global Markets business.

What you offer

1+ years’ experience working with programming languages such as Python

Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, with an excelling academic record

Highly numerate with the ability to critically analyse, interrogate, interpret, and draw conclusions from multiple data sources

Prior experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx and Dataiku is highly valuable

Problem-solving mindset with a passion to resolve complex business problems through data analytics and engineering.
