The junior designer role involves brainstorming ideas and mocking up designs to be reviewed by the Sr. Designer and Internal Communications team. Junior graphic designer's responsibilities include working with the Sr. Designer to produce the final work, ensuring that the contribution is consistent with the team's goals. The Jr. Designer should understand the briefs, visualize, ideate, and deliver newer and refreshing design outputs. The candidate should also exhibit video editing skills as and when required and be open to learning newer tools to meet the evolution pace of the role and demanding requirements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Adapt the brand style and upgrade the design style time and again
• Able to communicate freely (understand briefs and pitch ideas)
• Adhere to timelines and exhibit commitment to ad-hoc requests
