The Role

As a Junior Designer, you will work hands on with experienced creatives, designing innovative, commercial workwear that makes an impact. You'll play a vital role in developing seasonal collections, supporting sales projects, and working directly with senior designers who will mentor you to hone your skills. This isn’t just another junior position – you'll have a chance to see your ideas through, from concept to creation, and get involved in every step of the process.



Key Responsibilities

Support the design team with seasonal concepts and design development.
Update and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
Participate in fittings of apparel designs and contribute to product development.
Communicate with Garment Technicians and Production Teams to ensure seamless design handovers.
Produce accurate illustrations and tech packs for production use.
Update and maintain the seasonal WIP and showroom samples.
Assist in the design and development of both print-based and digital marketing materials.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within workwear or apparel (excluding swimwear and lingerie).
Strong technical garment and fabric knowledge, including pattern making and grading.
Creative instincts with the ability to visualize designs in three dimensions.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and strong technical drawing skills.
Commercial awareness of trends related to workwear.
Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the design team and key stakeholders.
Positive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
