Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Designer, Global Partnerships, this position will be accountable for leading all design projects that are required by the department. MLSE’s Global Partnerships team works across our portfolio of teams, venues and events to build/execute integrated marketing programs designed to connect our roster of global brands to our large and passionate fanbases.
Every day, we present creative ideas, marketing strategies, and tactical execution plans to some of the world’s biggest companies, and it is important that we showcase these opportunities in the best light possible. High-quality design and visual representation are critical components of our ability to achieve this goal. In collaboration with internal and external partners, you will help to ensure we are creating and presenting industry-leading creative work to existing and prospective customers. You're a confident professional with a design-first mentality, an articulate communicator (written and oral), a well-organized multi-tasker, and someone who is always committed to delivering the highest quality output.
Position Type: Part time Contract
Contract End Date: June 30th, 2026
Lead a variety of design projects from conception to delivery.
Design original pieces, including presentations, illustrations, and infographics.
Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
Apply typography techniques.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and illustrate multi-faceted marketing partnerships.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
A portfolio of completed design projects.
Graduate of an accredited Graphic Design program.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with presentation building tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
Attention to visual details.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
