Anabas are a dynamic, national Facilities Management company whose focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers who look for a great workplace experience.

As part of our IT Team, you will be based at our Head Office in Darlington. Hybrid working is available for this role. Occasional UK travel may also be required.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week with an annual salary of £35,000.

As a Junior Developer Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft's Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate.
• Work within a structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
• Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements and design effective solutions.
• Create and manage workflows, connectors, and custom applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.

The Essential Skills and Experience we are looking for are:
• Proficiency with Microsoft's Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Ability to demonstrate experience working within a structured software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of JSON data structures and their practical applications.
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with best practices in software development and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Qualifications
• Relevant certifications in Power Platform or related technologies (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
• Experience with other Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Power BI and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell).
• Understanding of integration techniques and APIs.
