Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Digital Content Designer located in Mumbai. The Junior Digital Content Designer will be responsible for creating and managing digital content, developing content strategies, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication. The role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality digital content that aligns with the company's brand and goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and production of digital and print marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, emailers, brochures, website assets)
• Regularly create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze social media performance; suggest improvements based on insights and trends
• Collaborate with the senior designer and marketing team to execute visually compelling, brand-aligned campaigns
• Support in the development and design of the company catalog (digital and/or print)
• Edit and retouch photos and videos for use across digital platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and channels
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project timelines
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance projects count!)
Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Good communication and time-management skills
