Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Junior Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting all marketing activities to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and achieve business objectives. As a Digital Marketing Junior Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the execution and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
2. Support the creation and optimization of engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blog posts, and other digital assets.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence, engage the target audience, and increase brand awareness.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in digital marketing efforts.
5. Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
6. Assist in managing and updating the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
7. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling email newsletters, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign results.
8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives and projects.

10. Assist in generating reports and presenting key findings to the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
11. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating marketing materials.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Previous experience or internships in digital marketing or related roles is a plus.
3. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and best practices.
4. Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine marketing.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
6. Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and social media management platforms.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
