Opportunity: Junior Electrical Designer

We are looking for the next future leader to join our team.
This full-time on-site based in Vancouver offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers on commercial electrical systems, gaining hands-on experience across design, coordination, and construction phases.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and drafting electrical systems including power distribution and lighting layouts for commercial projects
Prepare detailed electrical drawings using industry design tools
Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to deliver coordinated, buildable designs
Conduct technical research and ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards
Work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
Support project teams in managing timelines, documentation, and coordination across disciplines
Visit construction sites to review work in progress and support quality execution

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience in commercial electrical design projects is an asset
Eligibility for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EIT or similar) is preferred
