In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible to prepare and support material plan for backlog, and service level reporting.
• Preparing Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly & Daily production plan.
• Reviewing the scheduled sales orders and providing promise date by reviewing the material availability and production capacity
• Reviewing the shortages for work orders and expediting purchase team for arranging on time.
• Releasing Work orders to shop floor as per schedule.
• Expediting Warehouse for issuing Work orders and QC/QA for timely delivery of products from them to ensure on time delivery of valves to the customer.
• Review of planning when sales order specs, drawings and BOM’s were revised, such review can result in addition/ modification of materials in Work order and shop planning as well.
• Maintain planning file for sales orders from entry to last valve delivery.
• Schedule plan for subcontract work-orders for items which need to be sent for further process.
• Participate in Planning-related Growth programs, Strategic Plans, and key Operations Plans.
• Implement Express Offer & Preferred Parts management
• Coordinate sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and procurement to establish a mature process for Ship from Stock & Assemble-to-Order Products.
• Review product family trends, manage mix, and provide support to the site planning managers to establish root cause analysis for inventory or service issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Engineering with relevant planning and scheduling experience with total experience of Minimum of 2+ years
• Good command on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Good communications skills.
• Basic Finance and Costing Knowledge is preferred.
• Must be a dedicated & Self-motivated and quick learner
• Must be Proficient in ERP systems and fourth shift and oracle are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Bachelor's degree or any equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or any related field
• Proficient in MS Office Suites such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
