We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator cum Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing daily tasks, coordinating events, and handling administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate and client events as per the founder’s vision.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders for seamless event logistics.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Personal Assistance**:
- Manage the founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries as required.
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and ad-hoc requests to support the founder’s work-life balance.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Serve as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams and with clients, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Provide prompt follow-ups and organize materials needed for meetings and projects.
• *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as an Event Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
