Job Description
• Assist in identifying potential candidates through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and applications to match job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates about interview details, results, and next steps.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• MBA in Human Resources or a related specialization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Immediate Joiners Only

• Candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations only
