Role Description:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

• Identify and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Market Research:

• Conduct research to build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor recruitment strategies.

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment and research efforts with business goals.

Desired:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of HR functions and best practices.

• Proficient in MS Excel and power point presentation

• Meticulous attention to detail.
