Job Description
Expertise in CCTV and Biometric installation & configuration is mandatory.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Manage and troubleshoot operating systems Windows & Windows applications.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, email, and access rights as per company policies.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (network devices, servers, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and security updates.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
- Knowledge of Office 365 : Outlook & MS Teams support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
