• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production execution
• Collaborate with sampling teams and vendors to bring designs to life
• Stay ahead of industry movements by researching market trends, fabrics, and techniques
• Manage sample inventory, materials, and trims with attention to detail
• Oversee daily studio operations, including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking
• Support planning shoots, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Maintain consistent timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a fashion-related industry (Essential)
• Demonstrate creativity and technical skills through a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage both design and day-to-day operational tasks
• Adept in working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
