Role Description
We are hiring a Junior Fashion Designer to support the design team in developing men’s apparel. The role will involve sketching, fabric research, and material sourcing, with a focus on kurtas, shirts, t-shirts, and bottoms. You will work closely with the design team to translate creative direction into production-ready designs and assist in sample development and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fashion design (men’s apparel preferred)
• Strong sketching and design development skills
• Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and sourcing processes, especially for kurtas, shirts, and bottoms
• Familiarity with garment construction techniques and finishing standards
• Ability to work independently in an office setup and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred, but a strong portfolio and relevant work experience will be prioritized
