We’re Hiring: Junior Fashion Designer!
• At Cotton Monk, we design and manufacture garments for global fashion brands — from concept to final shipment. Now, we’re looking for a Junior Fashion Designer who’s ready to turn creativity into real products seen across the world. If you live and breathe fabrics, silhouettes, and color stories — this is your chance to grow inside a fast-paced export setup.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in concept development & trend research
• Create design sketches and tech packs
• Work with sampling & merchandising teams
• Coordinate fabrics, trims, and buyer samples
• Learn how real design meets production
What we are Looking for:
• A fashion design graduate/diploma holder Passion for fabric, color, and construction Knowledge of Illustrator / Photoshop / CLO 3D Freshers or 1–2 years’ experience welcome If you’re eager to learn and grow in a professional export environment, we’d love to meet you.
