Responsibilities:
1. Field Marketing Assistance: Support the execution of field marketing strategies to create a buzz around the Idlibot and Teapot brands in local markets.
2. Local Activation: Dive into planning and executing local marketing events, promotions, and campaigns. Put your creative ideas to the test.
3. Community Connections: Under the guidance of our Marketing Manager, engage with local communities and help build brand loyalty. We want your fresh perspective!
4. Sampling Excitement: Be part of organizing product sampling programs at key locations and introduce our innovative products to potential customers.
5. Data Explorer: Dive into data collection during field marketing initiatives and assist in making sense of the results.
6. Retail Partnerships: Learn the ropes of collaborating with retail partners and distribution channels to ensure our products shine in stores.
7. Budget Tracker: Assist in keeping an eye on the budget for local field marketing initiatives. It's all part of the learning experience.
Requirements:
- A passion for marketing and a vibrant, energetic attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Marketing or related field degrees are a bonus but not mandatory.
- No prior marketing experience required. Freshers and those with limited experience who are eager to make a splash are welcome.
