Junior Framer / No-Code Developer

Position: Associate – Framer / No-Code Development (3+ years experience)

Location: Remote (IST time zone)

We’re looking for an Associate Developer to work under a UI/UX Principal. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build polished, performant websites and digital experiences using Framer, Webflow, or other no-code platforms — while learning how to craft world-class digital brand expressions.

Responsibilities:

• Build websites in Framer (and occasionally Webflow/other no-code platforms).

• Support UI/UX handoff from design to development.

• Ensure responsiveness, speed, and cross-platform performance.

• Collaborate with designers to push Framer beyond templates into crafted, branded sites.

• Create reusable systems/components to accelerate future builds.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Framer / Webflow / no-code development.

• Solid grasp of responsive design, animations, and interactions.

• Comfort with Figma → Framer workflows.

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to deliver under tight timelines.

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
