Built out a data pipeline capable of handling millions of events daily

Onboarded some of the largest e-commerce brands across the industry (e.g. Backcountry, Fabletics, Sur La Table) turning them into massive believers in both our product and our vision

Refining our AI infrastructure to enable deeper segmentation, optimize customer-level memory, and integrate advanced agentic workflows for greater adaptability and efficiency
Enhancing our AI conversation engine to deliver self-optimizing interactions that gather actionable feedback, helping brands better understand their customers.
Expanding self-service capabilities to provide smaller brands on our waitlist—and across the industry—seamless access to the LTV.ai platform

What we're looking for (ideally)
2+ years of experience in our stack
1+ year of experience in our industry (ecommerce / email marketing)
Excitement about using AI coding tools to increase productivity (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot)
