Elevate is recruiting a Junior Functional Consultant to join our Technology team. As a Junior Functional Consultant , play an integral role in managing our in-house applications which would optimize our service offerings to our diverse Fortune 500 customers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Perform front – end system configurations of CRMs with supervision.
• Do function testing of implementation of front – end configurations.
• Coordinate for resolution/development of code – level changes with developers and all stakeholders.
Skills for Success
• Keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
• Should be results oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Exposure to client communication, preferably international clients.
