Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, brochures, ads, presentations, and branding assets.
Translate marketing and branding strategies into impactful creative designs.
Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and business teams to deliver on-brand creatives.
Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience in designing for healthcare or real estate domains is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Experience working with branding guidelines and campaign strategy teams.
