We’re a Montreal-based online retailer of premium quality essentials, known particularly so far for our men’s boxer briefs. At Manmade, we're a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of marketing and storytelling. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will help support the team and our marketing activities. Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print assets, including website banners, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
Develop consistent brand visuals aligned with the company’s identity and marketing goals.
Design product packaging, tags, and labels that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Support website and e-commerce design updates, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging customer experience.
Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography for online and offline use.
Create templates for internal documents, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Stay updated on design trends in the apparel and retail industries to keep creative work fresh and relevant.
Work within brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print assets.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in design.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
