We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer & Editor with a strong, diverse design portfolio. In this
role, your primary focus will be conceptualizing and executing high-quality graphic design assets,
while also bringing those visuals to life through polished video editing.
You will be responsible for creating professional social media posts, Meta Ad creatives, marketing
collateral, and scalable vector graphics (SVGs) for our application and web interfaces. You will
ensure our brand maintains a premium, trustworthy, and modern aesthetic while communicating
our core value propositions effectively.
What We're Looking For
• A Strong Design Portfolio: A standout portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for layout,
typography, color theory, and professional branding. We want to see your ability to create
premium, polished visuals.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
A deep understanding of vector workflows, SVG creation, and responsive digital asset
design.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with a solid understanding of
pacing, professional transitions, and audio balancing. (Familiarity with After Effects is
highly desirable).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to alignment, spacing, and brand consistency
across all creative outputs.
• Professionalism: You are a strong communicator who can take creative direction,
incorporate feedback gracefully, and manage multiple design tasks in a structured startup
environment.
• Experience with AI in creative workflows (Gemini, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Generative AI within CC)
