This job reports to the Creative Director.
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to launch new ideas and get fresh perspectives to our team. You will devise the concepts for various projects, monitor its progress and take it to its logical execution. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
Role Expectations & Responsibilities: This role reports to the Team Lead / Senior Visualiser
• Along with a good portfolio of past design and creative projects having a burning desire to innovate consistently.
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects.
• Strong ability to present concepts and proposals to internal team members.
• Working on graphic design retainer accounts.
• Taking responsibility of the given project and deliverables.
• Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas as well as execute them.
• Creating posters, mailers, banners, brochures, social media posts, Illustrations, gifs, event collaterals (digital and on ground ) for unique design projects.
• Develop content and theme presentations for design projects and events.
• Ability to work with a team in a time-bound environment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
Qualifications:
• Degree in graphic designing or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 yrs of design agency experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics and past work.
• Expert with design software and editing tools. (Illustrator, Photoshop )
• We like you even more if you know basics of Premiere Pro and InDesign
