Position Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the design team and other departments to create visual content for a variety of platforms including digital and print media. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Assist in the design and production of print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging.
Support the creation of visual content for presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Basic knowledge of web design principles and experience with design tools like Sketch or Figma is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
Strong communication and time management skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
