The Elite Job is seeking a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team focused on the accessories sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative and visually appealing designs that resonate with our brand ethos. You will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to bring our creative vision to life and ensure that our accessories stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual concepts for a range of accessories, including handbags, jewelry, and seasonal collections.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and promotional content.
• Support the development of product packaging and labeling designs that reflect the brand identity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design projects.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and align with project timelines.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to inspire innovative design solutions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics in design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or accessories sector (internships included).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and creative process.
• Working Hours
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required during peak project seasons.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Familiarity with 3D design software and motion graphics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of print production processes and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs.
