An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join Marketing team of an ambitious and rapidly expanding student housing company based in Bangalore. Job requires strong design and creativity skills spread across social media, advertising, mailers, web banners, videos, and other marketing and digital assets. You will work directly with senior marketing specialists in designing creatives for our brand promotion. The role offers a fast track to rapid growth within the organization. It requires a creative mindset with the ability to take ownership for outcomes and deliver on them.

Job description
· Owner and custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring all in-house and agency creatives comply with the same
· Understand business requirements and provide creative solutions to address concerns/ leverage opportunities
· Creative output in various languages and formats (audio, video, animation, etc)
· Work closely with the larger Marketing team to create brand materials like brochures, corporate presentations, posters, sales collateral, and in-app (PNs, pop-ups, etc)
· Make social media creatives when needed, as well anchor activities to capture user stories on camera, independently or through the agency
· Own deliver internal communications (HR, communications, employer branding, newsletters, etc) by collaborating with different functions
· Adapting creatives in languages (English, Hindi, Canada) and sizes, and maintaining an asset bank of all creatives for reference retrieval (with best practices of versioning etc)
· Ready to pick up last-minute requests and deliver quality output on time
Key Requirements
· Graphic design experience of 2-4 years in a start-up environment
· Must have design aesthetics, strong communication, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
· Conceptual thinking in both storytelling and design, and the ability to convey ideas
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design Strong knowledge of industry-standard software tools, such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
