What You'll Do
Social Media Design
Create eye-catching posts, carousels, banners & interactive content
Design for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Branding & Marketing Collaterals
Design brochures, posters, flyers, packaging & other brand assets
Maintain high visual standards across all materials
️ Print & Production
Work with CMYK/RGB, bleed, margins & DPI
Ensure accurate color & quality from screen to print
Coordinate with print vendors when required
️ Software Skills
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
CorelDRAW
Basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/others)
Video Editing (If Needed)
Create short promos, teasers & social media edits
️ Figma (Fundamental Knowledge) (If Needed)
UI layouts, components, asset exports
Collaborate efficiently with product/UX teams
What We’re Looking For (Must Have)
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio (social media + print + branding)
Excellent sense of typography, layout & color theory
Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines
Creative mindset & strong attention to detail
Good to Have (Plus Point)
Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects)
Experience with marketing/creative agencies
Understanding of brand storytelling
Experience with Gen AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Firefly, etc.
