A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail; include a range of projects, such as typography, layout, branding, and digital design
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
While not required, the ability to code websites in WordPress is a major plus
However, learning this task will be a requirement
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for design
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Lastly, open to exploring all the goodness the new A.I. technology can do while keeping our company branding standards in focus

This role is perfect for a recent graduate, or someone just starting their career in graphic design, looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This position is based in Boynton Beach, Florida. It is a hybrid position with Mac workstations provided both in our office and your home office
The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, managing and optimizing graphic assets for use across websites, social media platforms, videos, sales funnels and ads. To do this, you will collaborate closely with the art director, marketers, publishers, videographers, production department and web developers.
Our Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
