🔹 Role Overview
As an Assistant Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the school’s visual identity across digital, print, and event communications. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Events teams to create engaging creatives that support admissions, branding, and institutional communication.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design creative assets for social media, digital ads, emailers, website banners, and marketing campaigns
• Develop print collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, standees, and event signage
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs as per school guidelines
• Edit and retouch photos for events, campaigns, and promotions
• Support basic video editing for short promotional videos and reels
• Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and content creators
• Manage multiple design tasks with quick turnaround timelines
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets
• Stay updated with current design trends and bring fresh visual ideas
🔹 Desired Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and open to feedback
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (education, media, advertising, or creative agencies preferred)
• A strong design portfolio showcasing digital and print work is mandatory
