About Company:
Muskurahat Foundation is a non-profit organization consisting of devoted individuals who strive to spread smiles and aim to bring about the change that everybody only talks about. Our blooming founder, Mr. Himanshu Goenka, at the sheer age of 16, thought that it is time to do his bit for society and laid the foundation for Muskurahat on 10th June 2014. Since then, we have been spreading numerous smiles with a team of 100 volunteers. Muskurahat is an initiative to touch every sphere of society, including underprivileged children, looked down upon due to poverty, women, and their environment. We struggle every day to make the world a better and happy place to live in.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the ideation, innovation, and designing of supporting assets for communication campaigns for Muskurahat Foundation and its social ventures
2. Assisting in the conceptualization and production of social content (still posts, GIFs, Instagram stories, etc.) as needed, including retouching
3. Closely collaborating with the social team to plan content calendars to maintain key metrics and contribute to brainstorming to help surface new & innovative ways to create content and engage the organization's stakeholders
4. Assisting in the designing of annual reports, project reports, newsletters, and any other documents for external and internal communication
5. Partnering with other creative team members during deadline crunches to complete high priority projects
1. Those who are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. 0-1 years graphic design experience with an undergraduate degree in a design-related field
3. Extreme attention to detail, including top-notch organizing and multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
4. Highly collaborative with an excellent work ethic to produce deliverables with speed and humility in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong communication skills, including the ability to empathize with vastly different cross-functional teams from sales to marketing
6. Mastery of Adobe CS5+ Photoshop & Illustrator is required
7. Familiarity with InDesign and Sketch is preferred
8. Consumer goods or e-commerce background a plus
