Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing a range of both digital and print collateral to support our marketing and branding efforts. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Design
Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Collaborate with marketing to develop content themes that drive user engagement.
Video Creation
Produce short videos and animations for advertisement campaigns using Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
Edit raw video footage, add motion graphics, and incorporate sound design as needed.
Print Signage
Design eye-catching graphics for print signage, ensuring high-quality output.
Work with vendors to determine best printing practices and materials.
Stationery & Business Collateral
Design branded stationery (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc.) to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Develop other business collateral as required.
Web Graphics
Create and optimize graphics for web usage, adhering to current web design standards and responsive design best practices.
Ensure designs are suitable for various screen sizes and consistently meet user experience goals.
Brand Adherence
Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Stay up to date with brand updates and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work (digital, print, video).
Proficiency in the above-mentioned tools and software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Keen attention to detail, especially regarding brand consistency and web design best practices.
